Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Legacy Business Partners ( legacybusinesspartners.ai) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors and users of the Legacy Business Partners website, demo experiences, calculator tools, surveys, booking flows, and any services we provide. By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not sell your personal information. We collect only what we need to deliver and improve our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in a few ways:
- Information you provide. When you fill out a form, use our AI employee calculator, complete a survey, book a call, or contact us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, and other details relevant to your request.
- Automatically collected information. We may collect your IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. This helps us understand usage and improve performance.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and analytics tools to remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the experience. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
- Call data. Calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed. Callers are notified that calls may be recorded, and consent is obtained where required. Recordings and transcripts are used to operate, train, and improve the voice AI service.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy and security policies.

- Process payments and manage accounts
- Operate and improve our AI receptionist and marketing systems
- Send occasional marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time
- Analyze usage trends and improve our website and products
4. AI & Automated Processing
Our AI receptionist uses voice AI technology, including providers in the Vapi, Deepgram, and ElevenLabs class of services, to transcribe speech, understand intent, and generate spoken responses. This processing is automated and is necessary to deliver the service. We review aggregated or sampled data to improve accuracy and call outcomes.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business. These include payment processors, voice AI platforms, email and hosting providers, and analytics services. Each provider is contractually required to handle data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and safety. We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain data sales or targeted advertising, though as noted above, we do not sell personal information.
