These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Legacy Business Partners website, demo experiences, and services. Please read them carefully before using our site or signing up for a subscription.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, using our demo line, submitting a form, or signing up for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Legacy Business Partners provides AI-powered business services, including our AI receptionist (The Legacy Builder), AI marketing systems, lead generation tools, and related consulting.

Services are provided on a subscription basis, a one-time setup-fee basis, or a combination of both, depending on the package selected. Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing are presented at the point of sale through our Stripe checkout or written agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Client Obligations

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide truthful business information, cooperate during onboarding, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security issues.

5. Fees, Billing & Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Setup fees are one-time charges. Current pricing is always presented at the point of sale through our Stripe checkout and may be updated from time to time.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at james@legacybusinessinc.com or through the cancellation method described in your agreement. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Subscription fees are generally not refundable for partial months.

6. Free Demo & Trial

Our demo line is provided for evaluation purposes only. Results experienced during a demo may not reflect outcomes in a live deployment. We do not guarantee any specific results revenue or return on investment from using the demo or any paid service.

7. AI Services Disclaimer

Our AI receptionist and marketing systems use automated technology. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, call summaries, and lead information before relying on them.

Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice where applicable.

8. Call Recording

Calls handled by the AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction, including notifying your own customers and obtaining any required consent before deploying the service to your business lines.

9. Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and ethically. You may not use them for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, spam, or campaigns that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, or other marketing regulations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your outbound campaigns, advertising, and customer communications comply with all applicable laws and industry rules.

10. Intellectual Property

We retain all ownership rights in our software, prompts, frameworks, systems, branding, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your active subscription, solely for your own business purposes.

You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or create competing products based on our systems without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers such as Stripe for payments and voice AI platforms for call handling. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

12. Disclaimers & No Guarantee of Results

Services are provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee any specific results revenue or return on investment. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your sales process, and how the service is used.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services is limited to the total fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Business Partners, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your failure to comply with applicable laws.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription or service relationship at any time, subject to the cancellation terms above. We may also suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these terms or use the service unlawfully.

Upon termination, your license to use the service ends, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
