Chapter 05 · Implementation

What happens after you sign

The short answer

Setup takes 7 to 14 days. You complete an onboarding form about your services, tone, and how leads should be handled. We build and train the agent, set its voice, and connect your calendar. Then your number goes live. Enterprise builds go live in 7 days. Healthcare deployments start with a scoping decision.

  1. Day 1–2

    Tell us about your business

You fill out the onboarding form: services, hours, common questions, who gets escalated calls, and what a qualified lead looks like.

  2. Day 2–10

We build and customize your agent

We write the call flows, train the agent on your business, set the voice, name, and tone, and connect your calendar and CRM.

  3. Day 7–14

    Your number goes live

Calls are answered, leads are qualified and logged, appointments are booked, and every caller gets a follow-up text.

What to have ready

  • Access to the calendar appointments should be booked into
  • Your list of services, and the answers you give most often on the phone
  • Who should receive escalated calls, and at what hours
  • Your after-hours rules: what to book, what to take a message for, what to transfer

For healthcare practices

Before the build starts, we decide together which deployment model fits: front-desk only, which limits the patient information the agent collects, or full intake, which requires a signed BAA at every layer.
